What will your learn?

In this workshop, Jeff will be explaining how to plan out your summer garden and seeding plant basics to ensure strong starts. Discussion will be focused on topics such as succession planning for your garden, different seeding methods, how to water successfully, and seeding rates and spacing. 

Who is your instructor?

Jeff Markette is the Farm Manager at the Organic Farm School. As a graduate of the University of Montana and an alumnus of the PEAS Farm, he has years of experience with vegetable production. Jeff is responsible for OFS crop and marketing plans, for engaging students in the implementation of the plans, and for teaching and modeling the practices.
