Reservations, liability form, and pre-payment are required for use.

Rental fee is $50 plus tax.

Rental fee covers a period of 72 hours from time of pick up.

A late fee of $25 will be assessed for each 24-hour period or portion thereof that the equipment is not returned.

Your reservation will be canceled if a payment has not been received 48 hours prior to pickup.

A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if equipment is not returned as clean as it was when it left OFS.

Pickup and drop off of equipment is 4:00 p.m.
